[ Vic's older than Logan. He's not used to these damn teenage ways. Not like things were the same when they were teenagers. None of the internet, or anything like that. Now, he's got to worry about some rando deciding that Jubilee is an easy target and not only getting his ass kicked, but throwing her in jail. ]
Mmm. Maybe a couple. Might as well start an account.
[ Which would be better than just randomly trying to find suits that fit. Look, Logan's short and Creed is broad. Fitting clothes on them is a pain in the ass. ]
And don't worry. The kid'll forgive ya. She's got all them pictures of the three of us from that day.
[ The reassurance surprises him only a little. Victor can definitely smell the discomfort on him like nothing, and Logan hides a smile into his chest because it's nice not having to say what he needs out loud for things like this. ]
[ As with every other time Logan admits that so openly, however, the confession comes out in a soft mumble. Quiet.
He knows Victor knows. He knows that a lot of things between them go unspoken, but understood. It's still nice, though, to remind him that he'd married him for more than the tax benefits.
He doesn't speak for a while, just lying there with his eyes half-lidded and his body fitted to Victor's own. When he does, though, it's just to remind -- ] Tell Jubes to brush her teeth.
[ Victor lets out a sound that can only be called a damn purr. It's a rumble he makes when he's especially content. And right now he's very content. ]
Love you, Runt.
[ The nickname slips out as he kisses Logan's cheek. Then he sighs. He supposes he should be the bad guy for a change. It's usually left up to Logan to discipline the kid. Not that she needed much. ]
Jubilee!
[ There's a yelp from the kitchen. She probably thought they'd gone to sleep. ]
Stop stuffin' yer face and brush yer teeth.
[ He smirks at her grumbled mutters from the kitchen. ]
[ It's perfect, this: Victor's told him he loves him, Jubilee's sweet complaints are at the edges of his consciousness. Logan tucks himself in a little closer, and he figures it must be boring of him to want to sleep already, but it's been an eventful day. ]
Shopping tomorrow. [ He leans up, kissing whatever bit of Victor takes the least effort to reach, and then settles again. This time, when Logan smiles, he doesn't bother trying to hide it, his eyes slipping shut as he listens to Victor's breathing, his heartbeat, his purrs. ]
[ That from the doorway. Vic growls, seeing what she's wearing, but she rolls her eyes at him. ]
New suits, and a few other things. Brush yer teeth and get some sleep.
[ She nods and waves goodnight to them. Creed snorts in amusement at her. She's a firecracker, their Princess. But damn if they didn't do some good with her.
He looks down at Logan. His husband is mostly asleep, and that means that he can sleep too. Everyone's safe for the night. Hearing the shower start up, he purrs in contentment again. ]
G'night.
[ He mumbles, closing his eyes and falling asleep with his arms around Logan. ]

So do you.
[ He'll still tease, though. ]

Damn right I do.
[ They're his pride and joy, but he'll never admit it. But he'll admit to having the damned things. ]
